Return Policy

Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of our collection, we only offer refunds if an item arrives faulty or damaged. For all other eligible returns, we are pleased to provide store credit to be used toward a future selection.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for store credit, your items must remain in their original, pristine condition. This requires that the garment is unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and hygiene liners firmly intact. Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of your delivery date.

Store Credit

Upon the approval of your return, store credit will be issued directly to you via email. This credit is versatile and may be applied toward any item across our entire site, allowing you to find the perfect replacement at your leisure.

The Return Process

To begin your return, please follow the prompts within our dedicated returns portal. Please be advised that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees remain non-refundable.

Ineligible Returns

Every returned item undergoes a thorough inspection upon arrival to ensure it meets our quality standards. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original packaging. If a return is received that does not comply with these requirements, it will be deemed ineligible.

In such instances, you will be notified via email and offered the option to have the item shipped back to you at your own expense. If we do not receive a response within 10 days of this notification, the item will be discarded and no credit will be issued. Wifey Swimwear reserves the right to refuse any return that does not strictly comply with our established policy.
